Flying R Guest Cabins & Lodge
Our cabins are tastefully designed and decorated with your comfort in mind. Built by Flying R owner & local craftsman Mark Rogala, the cabins comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Sleeping quarters include a queen size log bed in the loft and a double futon couch in the living area. Fully equipped kitchens & baths, along with sunset decks complete these cozy abodes. With only two cabins available, your privacy & peace are insured.
Patchwork quilts, down comforters, original artwork, and watchable wildlife outside the window all contribute to our Montana ambience. Our 77 acre ranch is home to a wide variety of birds, including hawks, golden & bald eagles, bluebirds, meadowlarks, and more. We have a resident herd of elk who winter here, along with whitetail deer, and the occasional moose. Fox and turkeys also frequent the Flying R, scurrying through the fields. Our property offers 360 degrees of breathtaking panoramic views, with plenty of porch options for relaxing and enjoying your visit.
New amenities available for Flying R guests include a game room in our lodge/residence. You can enjoy billiards, darts, dish HDTV, board games, and just more space to relax in. High speed internet is available in our office, just in case you need to check in with family, friends, or heaven forbid, work. There's also a hot tub located outside, positioned to take advantage of the sunset, and of course, the stars! For any of these activities, please make a reservation with Deborah in the office.
Additional services: we are happy to provide your shuttle for fishing or float trips, price to be determined according to distance traveled. We have a fenced pasture available if you are traveling with your larger four-legged friends, $20 per day per horse. And for your smaller four-legged friends, we welcome well-behaved dogs.

Need to work out? Deborah, Flying R owner and local exercise instructor, offers an on site class (summer only) which features overall body toning, stretching & strengthening. Just ask at our office for times and days to reserve your place in class. If you're in need of a gym fix, check out the Right To Bare Arms in downtown Darby.
In-cabin massage can be arranged with one of our local masseuse's at your convenience.
